What are the benefits of swimming?
Swimming is a great activity. It tones your entire body while providing an excellent cardiovascular workout; it strengthens your heart muscle and improves delivery of oxygen to muscles.
Swimming is also a relaxing activity.
Learning to swim is an excellent life skill that can perhaps even save your life sometime. In Nova Scoria we are surrounded by water, so learning to swim and becoming more water safe is a very good idea.
