  What are the benefits of Spinning?

Burn 500 + calories per class, Tones Muscles, Body Shaping, Lose Inches, Decrease Body Fat, Stress Relief, Year Round Activity, Increase Energy, Improve Overall Strength, Increase Cardio Endurance, meet new friends and have lots of fun.

 

Participate in 2 or 3 classes per week.  You are able to participate at your own pace and are always in charge of your ride and how hard you work.  Spinning is a form of low impact cardiovascular exercise and minimizes the wear and tear on the joints; which enables you to participate frequently.  The goal is to participate in different forms of cardiovascular activity to focus on working the larger muscles from different angles.  This will also allow the muscles worked to recover from the workout and be prepared for the next ride.

Classes are open to individuals 13 yrs and older.

Register for classes or drop in to any class.  All classes must have 5 in each class before they can run.

 

Spin Programs are offered again for fitness and fun starting Jan 16-March 9th 2012! Check out our schedule.

 

Group Spin classes are now available to book.  Bring your office staff, sport teams for cross training, book as a family or group of friends, mom's and daughters or fathers and sons.  We have a class that will suit your needs.
